Methods and Philosophy

Existential Analysis is my principal viewpoint regarding psychotherapy, human beings, and our lives. On a practical level, this school of thought offers specific techniques for working with various difficulties, including anxiety and fears, addictions, depressive states, relational problems, etc. The duration can vary greatly depending on each specific situation.

I also offer Dance Movement Therapy sessions as part of a more traditional process or separately, depending on the issue and the person in question.

My work has been enriched by experience as an interpreter in private sessions and workshops with leading psychotherapists from my own school and other traditions. As a result, my work is quite eclectic on a technical level and offers flexibility depending on the needs of each client.
