Conflict / Divorce Mediation

Home 9 Conflict / Divorce Mediation
Mediation is a form of dispute resolution, an alternative to the judicial process. It helps people to reach joint decisions.

In the family context, it is called family mediation. The most common situation is after a separation or divorce, to reach agreements on matters relating to children and the division of assets. Other situations that can benefit from mediation include disagreements between adult children over elderly parents or a relative with a disability, or disputes between family members in a family business, etc.
